At this stage, we are only able to ship within the UK.
All paint orders are sent via courier. As all of our paints are mixed to order, we aim to deliver your order in 2-5 days.
If your order is placed before 1pm (Mon-Fri) it will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 1pm, over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be processed the next working day.
Orders of 19 tins or more will be delivered on a palette. These orders need to be placed by 12pm for it to be processed the same day. If you are unable to receive a palette, contact our customer service team on 0203 985 6262 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
A specific delivery time cannot be guaranteed. Please bear this in mind when arranging to receive goods and making appointments for decorators.
Deliveries are made by courier within their standard operating hours: 8.00am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout as they are based on the weight of your order. Delivery for orders of more than 10 tins will be charged at a flat rate of £40.
Sample pots and colour cards are sent First Class via Royal Mail.
Please note our factory, warehouse and offices are closed on Bank Holidays and between Christmas and New Year – dispatches and deliveries will not be made during this period.
